TBI Cover (3/20/16) and Poll

Hello everyone! I haven't uploaded anything in a long time, but I've been doing a lot of art. I'm too lazy to put the art onto the computer from my phone lol
Anyways, what I wanted to say; some of you (probably very little) know about my book series, To Be Insane. It's about a kid who's in a group in the future that tries to help people from a drug that killed and effected a lot of people 20 years prior. If you want to see it, go to this link (www.wattpad.com/story/19164222…), but keep in mind I just took it down (I'm rewriting it) so the chapters won't be there when I put up this post. I left 3 things up which are the plot, the table of contents, and an authors note about my uploading hiatus. I'll be uploading when I finish just a bit under half of the book.
Which is why I came here with this picture today. You see how it says 'To Be Insane; The Start of iNSaNiTY' at the top of that cover? Yeah, the title doesn't really make sense because, technically, it's the end of insanity in here. I have a couple of ideas for the title, but I don't know whether I should change it or keep it.
So, I came up with this poll (strawpoll.me/7154828) for you guys to vote for the best chapter. Or, if you even have your own idea, put it in the comments! The only requirement is that the title is at least 30 characters, including spaces.

A drug gone wrong in 2026 has plagued the people of Earth, dividing them into 4 levels of insanity after killing billions. The largest group are the Insanes: people whose minds can’t handle reality anymore, destroyed. The other three are Sanes, Selunas, and Half and Halves.
Now in 2046, the Bellatores army of the USA cure those who have become Insane from the drug. Seventeen year old Hartford Utane is one of these brave men as well as the only Half and Half in their division. He is one of the 40 million who lie on the threshold between being Sane or Insane. Guided by a troubling past, he and his friends fight to cure the worldwide pandemic of insanity; losing many but refusing to give up hope.
However, when Hart befriends someone who is way too inquisitive for his liking, feelings and memories from the past come to haunt him worse than ever before. But this time, when he turns to his insane half, it causes his capture.
Robert (Robbie) Delante, 21 years old, has more secrets than he’s willing to share. A man guided by compassion despite the pulling urges of possession, Hart’s kidnap begins to reveal more than Robbie bargained for… including the secrets that risk their friendship.
